We’re looking for a detail-oriented and proactive Order Services Specialist to join our Finance organization. You’ll play a key role in ensuring our customer orders, renewals, and internal processes run smoothly and accurately — supporting Sales, Renewals, and Professional Services teams across the globe.

What You’ll Do
- Manage the full order process — from finalized quote to system activation request and invoicing
- Validate contract documentation and ensure all final agreements are complete, accurate, and ready for signature
- Maintain and validate internal data to ensure KPIs and dashboards are accurate
- Partner closely within Finance and with Sales, Renewals, Cloud Ops, and Global Receivables to ensure seamless handoffs and timely invoicing
- Enforce and refine global process standards across multiple systems to maintain data consistency
- Contribute to continuous process improvement and automation initiatives
- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional experience
- 2–3 years of experience supporting a services or SaaS-based business
- Strong organizational skills with exceptional attention to detail
- Confidence managing multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills across teams and levels
- Proficiency with Salesforce and NetSuite
- Fluent in English (French or German proficiency is a plus)
- Experience with multidimensional planning or performance management platforms (Board, Anaplan, OneStream, Pigment, IBM, SAP, etc.)
- Multi-lingual communication skills
- Experience supporting global operations and/or billing workflows
- Self-motivated, curious, and solution-oriented
- Enjoys working independently but thrives in collaboration
- Flexible and comfortable navigating change
- Empathetic, inclusive, and respectful of all colleagues
