We are looking for an Order Entry, Order Production Flow technician, to join our rapidly growing venture-backed company.

The order entry side of the role will oversee the department's workflows, equipment, team members, and quality. In the role, you will manage a team of order entry & support specialists in a state of the art and digital-only facility in Lehi, Utah. You will be responsible for ensuring that orders are correctly processed into our lab management software and updated as necessary per customer expectations and deadlines.

The production flow side of the role will oversee the department's workflows, equipment, team members, and quality. In this role, you will manage a team of order production team members (often called runners in dental labs) to ensure that orders are moving forward through the production floor at the highest quality standards per customer deadlines.

What You'll Do:

• Operate Quickly: Support your team in processing intake orders, entering, order trouble shoot, and outbound shipment of orders in a fast-paced environment, coordinating quickly with other teams to get orders moving through production. Support your team in prioritizing orders by department each day, notifying teams of latest changes to orders (e.g., material change), and ensuring that any production bottlenecks are resolved in order to meet customer deadlines

• Scale: Continuously seek opportunities to improve workflows and processes for optimal efficiency and scalability

• Data-Driven Optimization: Track key performance indicators and conduct root cause analysis to optimize resources and drive on-time delivery of high quality products Problem Solve: Roll up your sleeves to quickly troubleshoot and solve people, process, and technology issues as you operate within a large scale and fast paced dental lab

• Quality Adherence: Monitor and enforce adherence to strict standard operating procedures (e.g., validate order for fabrication) and roll up your sleeves to lead by example. High quality is key to efficient scalability!

• Inventory Monitoring: Develop and optimize workflows to ensure your team proactively tracks key inventory (e.g., paper, ink, lab pans) and re-supplies as needed
