A Senior Oracle E-Business Suite (EBS) Developer is responsible for designing, customizing, integrating, and supporting Oracle EBS applications to meet organizational requirements. This role involves advanced technical expertise, solution architecture, and collaboration with functional teams to deliver stable, scalable, and high-performing business solutions.

Key Responsibilities
    •    Develop, customize, and maintain Oracle EBS modules (such as Financials, Supply Chain, HR, or Manufacturing) using Oracle Forms, Reports, PL/SQL, OAF, and Workflow.
    •    Analyze business requirements and translate them into technical specifications and system solutions.
    •    Perform system integrations, data migrations, conversions, and upgrades across Oracle EBS environments.
    •    Create and optimize interfaces, extensions, and custom applications following Oracle development standards.
    •    Troubleshoot technical issues, perform root-cause analysis, and provide timely resolutions.
    •    Support the full software development lifecycle, including design, coding, testing, deployment, and documentation.
    •    Collaborate with business analysts, DBAs, project managers, and functional consultants to implement enhancements.
    •    Ensure system reliability, performance tuning, and adherence to security best practices.
    •    Participate in major releases, patches, and Oracle EBS upgrades.
    •    Provide mentorship to junior developers and contribute to coding standards and best practices.

Requirements
    •    Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Engineering, or related field.
    •    5+ years of hands-on experience with Oracle EBS development (R12 preferred).
    •    Strong proficiency in PL/SQL, Oracle Forms/Reports, OAF, BI Publisher, and Oracle Workflow.
    •    Experience integrating Oracle EBS with third-party applications.
    •    Knowledge of APIs, Oracle AIM/OUM methodologies, and concurrent processing.
    •    Strong analytical skills and ability to troubleshoot complex issues.
    •    Excellent communication and documentation abilities.

Preferred Skills
    •    Experience with Oracle Cloud ERP or hybrid environments.
    •    Familiarity with Linux/Unix scripting.
    •    Understanding of Oracle databases, performance tuning, and APEX.
    •    Ability to work in Agile or hybrid project management environments.
