• Create and maintain HCM Extracts, HDL imports, and BIP reports for data exchange

• Implement error handling, retry logic, and monitoring for integration reliability

• Support integration testing including end-to-end validation with external systems

• Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues in development and production environments

• Document integration designs, API specifications, and operational runbooks

• Participate in integration certification testing with federal system owners

• Support Oracle quarterly updates by assessing integration impacts and performing regression testing

Qualifications:

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, IT, or related field + 4 years experience (additional experience may substitute)

• 3+ years experience with enterprise integration development (APIs, ETL, middleware)

• Hands-on experience with Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) or similar iPaaS platforms

• Proficiency in REST/SOAP web services, JSON/XML, and API design patterns

• Experience with at least one: Oracle Fusion Cloud, Oracle EBS, or similar ERP integrations

• Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a Public Trust clearance (US Citizenship required)

Desired:

• 6+ years integration experience (for Senior/Lead positions)

• Oracle Integration Cloud certification

• Experience with federal HR system interfaces (EHRI, eOPF, USA Staffing, NFC, DFAS)

• Azure APIM, MuleSoft, or similar API management platform experience
