As an Optical Test Station Development Engineer, you will play a crucial role in designing and developing state-of-the-art optical test stations. Responsibilities
  • Lead the design and development of optical test stations, ensuring they meet performance and reliability standards.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate test stations into our overall testing infrastructure.
  • Develop and implement test protocols and procedures, ensuring accurate and repeatable results.
  • Analyze test data and provide insights to improve product performance and reliability.
  • Stay updated with the latest advancements in optical testing technologies and incorporate them into our solutions.
  • Mentor and guide junior engineers, fostering a culture of knowledge sharing and continuous improvement.
  • Ensure compliance with industry regulations and standards, maintaining the highest level of quality and safety.
Qualifications
  • Must-Have:
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Engineering, Physics, or a related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in optical and electrical test or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of optical principles and testing methodologies.
  • Proficiency in Electrical design software and simulation tools.
  • Experience with source code control systems 
  • Nice-to-Have:
  • Experience with automated test equipment and control systems.
  • Familiarity with data analysis and reporting tools.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills.
  • Fixture or PCB Thermal design experience.
  • Experience with PCB Layout RF and low Freq signals.
