What You’ll Do
As a Solution Design Director you will use your expertise of the Medical Affairs space and strategic engagement with external experts (i.e. Key Opinion Leaders, Thought Leaders, etc.) to consult customers in best practices aligned with their strategic engagement planning. This is a position that requires the ability and experience to work on a strategic level to lead customer workshops, discovery meetings and to consult on industry best practices and implementations. You will be working in an autonomous manner in a cross-functional role where you will collaborate with internal as well as external stakeholders. We are a global and rapidly growing company and you will have the opportunity to work with strategically important customer account.
Key responsibilities include:
- Provide strategic pre-sales support related to major account engagements, specifically developing account penetration strategies, ensuring a deep understanding of buyer needs and building creative approaches to continuously improve sales processes
- Craft value propositions and design workflows in close coordination with Account Executives to satisfy major customer needs on a global scale and to establish key customer success metrics
- Lead RFP responses by crafting successful response strategies, coordinate the overall team response, orchestration of bid defense strategies, execution of key customer presentations and additional supportive processes to ensure success
- Drive continuous commercial refinement by execution of a range of activities, including but not limited to business model reviews, collaborative pricing model refinement, sales performance optimization metrics, and more
- Drive continuous company training and education sessions based on recent industry development and trends, and based on applied customer learnings from use of our products and services
- Drive commercial launch aspects of new products and support the release of new product features in close coordination with PM to ensure successful and rapid market uptake and relevant continuous product positioning as well as high usability
- Support establishment of product marketing material and sales training, including launch material and use case positioning, in collaboration with Marketing and PM
- Interpret and prioritize product feedback from Sales to PM to support road map prioritization and optimize product positioning based on customer feedback and competitive intelligence

You have the confidence and experience to work in a consultative role where you will lead, educate, train and develop best practices. Your experience will not only be used for external stakeholders but also in supporting and educating internal team members to help the company reach new levels of success. You have a passion and proven experience in the field and thrive in a dynamic, fast growing tech company.
- Multiple years of proven experience working with internal and external stakeholders
- Great knowledge of Medical Affairs and specifically external expert (i.e. Key Opinion Leaders, Thought Leaders, etc.) strategic engagement planning
- Excellent skills in customer training, content development and facilitation
- Experience of working under pressure and with low degree of supervision while being adaptive and tightly cooperating with the team
- Excellent written, verbal, interpersonal, presentation and training skills
- Excellent written and verbal proficiency in English
Preferred
- Experience of working with a software and primarily SaaS solutions
- Experience of working with Medical Affairs consultancy
