The Senior Operations Manager is an energetic and motivatedprojectized leaderwho can leverageoperational experienceto forge a new career path at a high growth company.They are an all-in team player who excels at collaboration with diverse stakeholders to deliver excellent service.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Manage Operations Managers who directly manage QDMs
  • Partner with and support necessary corrective staffing actions needed to improve staff utilization, ensure provider go-lives are staffed with minimal impact to existing customers and coordinate the shift of work toward Global and Vendor teams
  • Drive accountability at all levels within your reporting structure
  • Collaborate with leadership and a cross-functional team to successfully launch and growDAXservices
  • Promote a team culture that encourages top performance and high morale
  • Develop and implement effective workflows for process improvement
  • Collaborate with leadership and a cross-functional teams to successfully launch and growDAXservices
  • Perform tasks related to securing and keeping the products, tools, and processes that you are responsible for securing


Qualifications:

  • Preferred Education:BS/BA degree in healthcare or business-related fields
  • Minimum of 5 years' experiencein Operations required


Required Skills:

  • Ability to lead change
  • Experiencein management, operations, and leadership
  • In-depth understanding of clinicworkflowsand EMR documentation.
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Outstanding organizational skills
  • Ability to build consensus and relationships among managers, employees, and customers


Preferred Skills:

  • Experience in workforce management
  • Experience with electronic health records
  • Experience as a practice administrator or similar role
  • Experience indeveloping and implementing operational procedures and policies
  • Experience with Athena, Epic, or Cerner
