Senior Manager, Availability Operations

Critical to our growth ambitions is a supply chain platform that can seamlessly integrate new brands and products and enables our existing portfolio to expand into new sales channels and geographies. We are looking for a talented and driven person to execute our supply chain playbook to keep our business humming along, while also supporting key initiatives to make our supply chain more efficient and improve how we do business.

Responsibilities

As part of our strategy & operations team at our headquarters, you will be responsible for leading a team in both the day to day execution of all domestic inventory fulfillment while simultaneously driving continuous improvements projects in both process and technology. 

  • Lead a team of analysts to manage the domestic supply chain 

  • Collaborate with our tech team to develop best in class supply chain technology to build a competitive edge

  • Work with our growth team to consume sales forecasts to develop inventory fulfilment plans

  • Plan shipments from our domestic 3PL’s in the US, UK, and EU, optimizing for cost and speed

  • Monitor logistics providers’ performance to ensure efficient and timely delivery of goods

  • Provide operational support needed to facilitate growth in new geographies (EU/UK) and new sales channels (e.g. Walmart marketplace, Brick & Mortar stores etc.)

  • Manage a variety of key supply chain initiatives including initial scoping, research, analysis and execution

About You

We are looking for an entrepreneurial and driven professional to execute our ongoing supply chain processes while helping us build a scalable platform to support our rapid growth.

The ideal candidate:

  • Is a driven self-starter, pays attention to details, and stays organized despite numerous competing priorities
  • Is a natural collaborator who enjoys working with a wide variety of people every day
  • Is comfortable solving ambiguous problems independently without pre-established playbooks to rely on
  • Desires an opportunity to work in a fast-paced, rapidly evolving startup environment
  • Has 5+ years of supply chain or operations experience, with significant experience analyzing data, deriving insights, and implementing action plans to see initiatives through to completion
  • Has experience performing analytical tasks in Excel; SQL experience preferred but not required
