The Account Services Representative is an important role that provides internal support to our customer success team in order to create an exceptional onboarding experience for our new subscribers. This position will work alongside our Success Management team in initial website configuration and setup and work with the Placester platform to create a website experience tied to an individual user’s business goals. Other responsibilities include content uploads, data entry, and projects geared towards our highest paying users. This is a part-time role, an average of 20 hours per week (flexible) and can be completely remote.
Responsibilities Include:
- Collaborating with Success Management team in the creation and configuration of new subscribers website software to ensure high customer satisfaction
- Responsible and accountable for overall quality and timeliness of each assignment
- Contributing to working library of product tips and trick to empower teams to deliver product value to customers
- Overseeing initial configuration and individual requests from advanced subscribers
- Migrating content and materials from existing sites onto the Placester platform
Requirements:
- Strong communication skills and attention to detail
- Ability to learn and use website software (i.e. WordPress, Squarespace, Wix etc.)
- Proficient in learning new systems and software
- Strong organization and prioritization skills
- Ability to recognize and proactively address problems
- Self-motivated and independent worker
Additional skills:
- Client services experience
- Experience working in Salesforce preferred
