What role does the Operations Associate play?
The Operations Associate will work directly with our Director of Operations to solve problems, improve processes, and level up our business across the board. You’ll work on and own projects related to our core systems for sourcing, scheduling, and engaging candidates along with managing the data and complexity that comes with doing all of those things well at scale. You’ll also have the opportunity to author your own processes and systems to support our continued growth and success as a company.
