CA Veracode is looking to add a key Manager to our Infrastructure team here in Burlington, MA.  As an Operations leader, the Manager of SaaS Infrastructure and Operations will lead and manage network and systems engineering groups for growth, operational efficiency and deliver business outcomes.  CA Veracode maintains 2 datacenters in the local area and travel to either is possible when needed.

The Manager will have strong experience working with the below technology and performing the following tasks:

• Hands on experience managing:
  
  • Cloud and Data Center Infrastructures
  • Network Services – BGP / VxLAN / AWS Direct
  • Virtualization technologies - VMWare
  • VDI implementation
  • Firewall deployments
  • Routing & Switching technologies
• Implementation of hybrid cloud deployments
• Understanding transformation initiatives of enterprise cloud journey
• Effective lifecycle management of Data Center assets
• Ensuring the reliable visibility and availability of on premises hosted and SaaS solutions
• Overseeing backup and Disaster Recovery (including planning and testing) of SaaS solution

Required Skills/Experience:

• 6 or more years of successful Infrastructure supervision experience and administrative responsibilities
• Experience with the following: Converged Infrastructure, VMware, RedHat Linux, Microsoft, VDI, Disaster Recovery
• Demonstrated ability to manage highly-technical people and experience with the Data Center and Cloud architectures
• Functional understanding of project management principles and their application to Infrastructure project and teams
• Fluent in Risk identification, categorization, communication and mitigation
• Broad knowledge of diagramming tools and monitoring tools
• Excellent organizational skills and superior troubleshooting / problem solving ability
• Good interpersonal skills and a team player attitude
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and prioritize appropriately   

Desired Skills/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree with a degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, EE or comparable discipline preferred
• VMware Certified Professional
