As Manager of the Customer Training Team, you will manage the development and delivery of in-person training to help customers use the HubSpot software to achieve their inbound goals. You will help grow the customer training program through program analysis and research as well as development of direct reports.

In this role, you’ll get to:

  • Manage the forecasting, pricing, and revenue planning process for 250+ global trainings
  • Coach direct reports to improve the delivery of high-impact HubSpot software training that drive product adoption
  • Drive the creation of content that solves for the customer’s product usage and strategy needs and creates a true “HubSpot experience” for all attendees
  • Collaborate to find needs for partnerships with internal teams and HubSpot partners for new trainings and content updates
  • Develop and manage the marketing and sales of the program to drive >70% attendance capacity and 30%+ year-over-year revenue growth

We are looking for people who:

  • Are strong at evaluating the effectiveness of direct reports, training programs and reporting the necessary data to the team and leadership
  • Can run team meetings, skill development training and working sessions
  • Are excited to find and execute new, scalable ways to deliver high-quality courses
  • Can travel up to 25% of the time to other HubSpot offices and onsite with direct reports to assess their performance
