IT Support Specialist

PFF is hiring a passionate IT Support Specialist to join our IT team. In this role you will assist the IT Director in maintaining IT Infrastructure and providing a stellar IT experience to end users. This role will work closely with all departments at PFF.
Responsibilities:
- Provide support for internal end users and devices running macOS, Windows, and Ubuntu
- Install, configure, deploy and maintain laptops, servers, tablets, printers, and TVs
- Administration of Okta, G Suite, Azure AD, Atlassian, Slack, and Zoom
- Document issues and assist end users using a ticketing system
- Handle user on-boarding and off-boarding
- Support audio/visual setup for video conferencing
- Audit hardware assets and user accounts
- Help develop and document IT knowledge-base
Requirements:
- Professional and personable with excellent written and interpersonal skills
- 1-2 years of IT experience
- Familiarity with macOS, Ubuntu, Windows 10, and Windows Server
- MDM: Mosyle Business, Microsoft Intune, Meraki Systems Manager
- Basic networking: firewalls, switches, routers, access points, VLANs, VPN
- SaaS: Okta, G Suite, Azure Active Directory, Atlassian, Github, Slack, Zoom, AWS
- Vendor certification not required but preferred: ACSP, A+, Cisco, Linux
- Bachelor's degree or associate degree preferred
