Who you are


You are a strong and passionate technology leader who puts the employees first through customer service and technology innovation. You will be responsible for overseeing and ensuring that our users' computing environments enable efficiency in a hybrid work environment of remote and in office. 


As a successful IT Manager, you will demonstrate well-known knowledge of the industry and what best practices to utilize. As well, you will need to have a strong understanding of technical management, information analysis, and a thorough understanding of computer hardware and software systems. You have a keen eye for coordinating technology installations, upgrades, and maintenance; which is coupled experience with selecting and purchasing new and replacement hardware and software, when necessary.


What the role is


As an IT Manager at Drizly you will handle the monitoring of daily operations, including server hardware, software, and operating systems. You will manage IT staff by recruiting and training employees, communicating job expectations, and monitoring performance of your team. In this role you’ll oversee the annual IT budget and ensure cost-effectiveness, as well as assure that all IT activities are performed within the parameters of applicable laws, codes, and regulations. Being a manager and guide on our IT team, we expect you to be aware of the need for constant and consistent (re)evaluation of technology and its risks, leading the team to developing a network disaster recovery plan and backup procedures. It is important that you, as our IT Manager, keep us up to date with advances in tech and industry best practices.

In this role you will:

  • Proven experience in managing IT infrastructure and services
  • Test, troubleshoot, and modify information systems, ensuring that they operate effectively, and generate performance reports for operating systems
  • Have proven experience with computer networks, network administration, and network installation
  • Proficient in computer hardware, cabling installation and support, wireless technology applications and interface, and IT security
  • Proficient in Microsoft Windows software
  • Proficient in Apple OS and devices
  • Highly experienced with G Suite 
  • Showcase management and leadership skills
  • Excel in multi-tasking and time-management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks
  • Be highly organized and detail-oriented
  • Have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Have flexible working hours

For Colorado-based roles: The salary/hourly rate range for this role is $113,400 per year - $133,400 per year. You will be eligible to participate in Drizly's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award, commissions, & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
