Who you are
In this critical role for Drizly, the goal is to ensure optimal operations of Drizly’s software services and systems. You are a person who is able to diagnose and resolve problems quickly and can communicate with a variety of teams and users. You have a strong ability to plan, organize, and execute projects that continue innovation. It is important that you have exceptional problem-solving skills to diagnose, evaluate, and resolve complex problems, and act as the knowledge expert on the IT team. You will have an action-oriented, proactive approach with identifying what the problems are, and how we can optimize processes with tooling, instilling trust internally, and creating a seamless IT environment. You need to take a step back, and understand broader pain points across the Drizly organization.
What the role is
In this IT Admin role, you will be an integral part of the IT team, responsible for implementing and improving our IT processes and standards. You will help deliver and support new solutions that allow Drizly to improve the end user experience as well as provide gains in efficiencies, security, and operations across our software services and systems.
Your experience in supporting Windows and OSX based systems, services, and applications will add tremendous value to the team. You will bring your past experiences and offer fresh ideas and solutions to improve our IT environment during our times of massive growth. You should have basic knowledge of security and creating a secure environment as it pertains to IT systems. We want to harness your passion for delivering high quality solutions as we take the team and Drizly to the next level!
Please note: this role can be performed remotely anywhere in the United States with the exception of Colorado.
In this role you will:
- Implement, configure, update, troubleshoot, and support our software service and systems such as Active Directory, Windows, OSX, GSuite, Slack, and Jamf to name a few
- Create processes and procedures around consistent onboarding for new employees
- Maintain system and security standard guidelines
- Demonstrate the ability to meet deadlines and commitments in an environment that requires multitasking among concurrent projects
- Strong customer service skills and willingness to assist others
- Able to communicate complex information clearly with all levels of staff organization wide
- Experience with AWS IAM is a bonus!
