Head of Sales Operations
In our journey to positively impact patients' lives, we are currently looking for the Head of Commercial Operations based in Boston, USA. This role reports directly to the Chief Operating Officer.
As the Head of Sales Operations you manage the team of Sales Operations specialists, analysts, experts and managers including end-to-end sales back-office processes and sales processes. Collaborating closely with COO, CFO, VP of Sales, Regional Sales Managers and sales representatives, you will ensure increased process efficiency, improve sales and company performance and you build bridges between the Sales Operations team and other departments.
Additionally, you help further professionalize the department and integrate your proven track record of successful Sales Ops practices into an exciting fast growing company.
Main Tasks:
- Lead sales forecasting, planning, and budgeting processes used within the sales organization
- Proactively identify opportunities for sales process improvement
- Implement best practices to deploy tools, processes and build a high performing analytics
- Develop policies and procedures for sales organization
- Monitor the accuracy and efficient distribution of sales reports and other intelligence essential to the sales organization
- Ensure the integrity of data in Salesforce and other sales support tools
- Manage, train, coach and support Sales Operations team
- Provide sales analytics, sales tracking, sales effectiveness, and reporting of sales performance
- Prepare written presentations, reports, and price quotations
- Supervise Post Sales activities by ensuring that the whole process from purchasing order to the delivery of the service/material runs smoothly.
Requirements
- 8+ years of experience in sales operations
- Knowledge of the CRM (SFDC) and best practices to deploy tools, processes and build high performing analytics
- Experience in tender submissions
- CRM Database Experience (Salesforce)
- Advanced Microsoft Office Package Skills
- Project Management tools
- Excellent interpersonal skills and positive attitude
- Great coordination and communication skills (both written and oral)
- Analytical and problem-solving skills
- Team work spirit and multicultural open mind
- Master degree in Business Administration, Management or Finance highly desired
