We are looking for a Growth Operations Associate to join our Growth team in San Francisco or Cambridge. Ideal candidates should be eager to demonstrate their ability to be results-oriented self-starters. You will work directly with our Chief Development Officer to drive new business from our targeted accounts and support the end-to-end lifecycle of each deal. You will be a critical part of our growth engine, responsible for lead generation, sales support and sales infrastructure. We will provide the tools, training, & exposure that’ll help advance your personal and professional career. 

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Support management of enterprise pipeline through Salesforce CRM tool
  • Oversee & support weekly growth updates, reporting related to sales goals, and support early-stage activities in sales life cycle
  • Support continued evolution of overarching growth strategy - focusing on development of sales collateral, prospect follow-ups, and gathering applicable information from other Cricket teams as needed
  • Support proposal process (including RFPs, FAQs, and any other relatable client-facing documentation)
  • Manage data intake process and help manage key internal stakeholders in that process
  • Other applicable activities related to supporting Chief Development Officer

Required Qualifications:

  • 1-3 years experience working as a customer-oriented professional
  • Track record of success by influencing through relationships
  • Articulate and able to frame ideas to match the needs of different audiences
  • Willing to try new things and open to coaching
  • Self-directed and effective at managing your time
  • A strong desire to improve the current healthcare ecosystem
  • Experience with Salesforce and Powerpoint
  • Creative, collaborative, and fantastic at written & verbal communication
  • Fast-learner who thrives in fast-paced environments and are excited about playing a key role in refining our sales strategy and processes
