The Tamr People Ops Team is growing! We are looking for an enthusiastic Executive Operations Coordinator located in the Cambridge / Boston area. This full-time position offers a flexible, hybrid schedule but will require regular in office presence, 3-4 days / week.

Office Management and Events:

  • Planning / coordination of frequent office lunches, parties, events, etc. 
  • Manage parking space inventory and allocations at 1000 Mass Ave
  • Manage building security - PDK and visitor logistics 
  • Vendor Relations: coordinate the weekly lunch catering (on-site), ordering supplies + planning theme days
  • Updating logos + social media channels + contributing to interior design 
  • Coordination of CEO Informal Professional Development Sessions
  • Executing visitor logistics: Greeting guests/visitors when they come into the office, ensuring a positive experience
  • Design and execute planning for company outings, onsite and offsite team events, BOD meetings, Tamr College, Town Hall meetings, etc.

Recruiting and People Ops:

  • Work closely with our Talent Partner and Hiring Managers 
  • Scheduling recruiter screens and interviews
  • Management of ATS; Lever 
  • Scheduling and coordinating on sites, including international and domestic travel
  • Screening candidates, interview prep, ad hoc hiring project management 
  • Onboarding New Employees: welcome email, background checks, new hire orientation- first day, coordinating with IT, ordering new hire swag
  • Compliance / SOC2 Coordination: managing and updating controls, submitting control evidence, managing control owners; communicating & ensuring deadlines are met with MFA, creating and managing spreadsheets and folders for all controls and evidence

Executive Team Support:

  • Customer on site scheduling and coordination
  • Slide review and document management
  • Meeting scheduling and organizing meetings
  • Occasional domestic / international travel coordination

Ideal Skills and Attributes:

  • Friendly and approachable, flexible, sense of humor
  • Strong attention to detail, reliable, proactive 
  • Experience with heavy scheduling and domestic/international travel planning 
  • Tech-savvy; Proficient in GSuite / Microsoft Suite (PowerPoint, Excel, etc)
  • Able to work in a fast paced environment
  • Desire to wear many hats
