Who you are
You are a highly organized and effective Executive Assistant with an innate ability to instill trust in stakeholders and external partners. You are an expert at orchestrating multiple tasks and thrive in fast-paced, constantly changing environments. You’re also proactive and know when to jump-in to complete a task without prompting. You are a skilled communicator with a demonstrated ability of responding and completing tasks efficiently and effectively while also maintaining flexibility as needed.
You have 5+ years of direct Executive Assistant experience supporting C-level executives.
What the role is
In this role, you will serve as a seamless extension of our CEO through the day-to-day operations of the company. This includes core components of scheduling, meeting preparation, prioritization, and materials coordination, but also as a positive force culturally and organizationally as you will be very active in team building, engagement through coordination and cross-team events, as well as working with the People Team and Chief of Staff to run the day-to-day of Drizly. Additionally, you will support our COO and the President of Lantern (Drizly’s sister brand) with daily coordination of calendars. In this role you will acquire an understanding of business priorities to ensure you are able to proactively anticipate needs and drive efficiencies to build additional capacity for the CEO.
In this role you will:
- Coordinate daily calendars of our CEO, COO, and President of Lantern (Drizly’s sister brand)
- Serve as the liaison for the People and HR team
- Partner with executives on meeting preparation and material coordination to ensure effective use of time and resources
- Prepare speaker notes and content for external presentations by CEO and coordinate with PR and Corporate Communications Team
- Drive Drizly team building and engagement by planning and running company-wide events and other activities with our People Team and Chief of Staff
- Coordinate, prep, and confirm external speakers as needed
- Plan and schedule travel as travel becomes safe again
- Be a champion and protector of the Drizly culture
- Implement process changes to gain efficiencies in scheduling and meeting coordination
