Job Description:
We are actively seeking an Executive Assistant to support our CEO, Executive Leadership, and broader team. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, relationship management focused, and has experience supporting the CEO at a high growth organization.
What You Will Do:
CEO support
•Manage calendar
•Coordinate travel
•Other professional and personal tasks and projects as needed
•Facilitate board meeting preparation, including equipment setup and deck preparation
Executive Leadership support
•Facilitate leadership team coordination, communication, and meetings
•Support other leadership team calendars and travel as appropriate
Team
•Facilitate company meetings, including equipment setup and dial-in information
•Maintain exceptional visitor and employee experience by greeting & escorting guests, managing conference room reservations, and light office upkeep
What Success Looks Like:
3 months:
•Workflows on core administrative support functions established (travel, calendar management, expenses)
6 months:
•Trust established between CEO, leadership, and EA
12 months
•Recognized as trusted advisor and source of support for personal and professional administrative needs
What You Need:
•2-5 years of related experience as an executive assistant supporting executive leadership at a high growth organization
•Ability to balance multiple stakeholders
•BA / BS degree
•Proficiency in MS Office and Google Applications
•Exceptional attention to detail
•Excellent communication and customer facing skills
•Ability to liaise with internal and external stakeholders
•Ability to work autonomously on projects and prioritize appropriately
