Director of Member Engagement

Engagement Director is responsible for building the positive, non-reactive support and engagement opportunities in a systematic and scalable manner to allow Membership Services to extend their offerings beyond the traditional reactive service support offering.
Responsibilities:
- Create strategy around the role of positive, proactive member engagement as both support pre-emption as well as value generation to our members
- Understand and benchmark Whoop to global best-practice around positive outreach in CX
- Where possible experiment and quantify/articulate the cost and value of outreach to ensure investments are made wisely
- Create business case for additional resource investment in a scaled environment showing the value of proactive and positive member engagement
- Develop and execute roadmap for delivery of engagement opportunities and identifying key dependencies for success
- Liaise across product and marketing as necessary to ensure a seamless and where possible automated strategy in line with our company brand approach
- Travel to Boston HQ as needed
Qualifications:
- Minimum of 7 years of relevant work experience
- Exceptional hands-on approach with strong analytical and leadership skills
- Builders mindset with an optimistic approach to difficult problems
- Excellent business acumen with an instinctive ability to create scalable solutions
- Results-oriented and have a strong desire to get involved with day-to-day operations of WHOOP
