Our primary goal is to give our customers the best tools with an amazing experience. This means creating a world-class support team that can solve any problem with ease. Our Customer Care team is growing by the minute, and we’re looking for an experienced teacher to build and implement a sustainable training and onboarding program that can scale with the needs of our growing company. This person will become an expert in all areas and design curricula to ensure every Services team member is at the top of their game.
If you love developing technical curricula, working with the best in the industry, and developing people’s skills, we want you on the Form Team to lead our Services team members as our Customer Support Trainer.
The Job:
- Become an expert in all products, tools, workflows, and skills
- Create and iterate on existing curricula to train Services team members and scale this program effectively
- Onboard new hires, getting them up to speed as quickly as possible
- Assess efficacy of current systems and continually make improvements to achieve team learning goals
- Provide hands-on individual coaching to help team members reach their full potential
- Print in 3D to your heart’s content
You:
- Are a problem-solver, insatiably curious, and passionate about effective education
- Have a proven track record of teaching complex subjects (examples could include subjects like mechanical engineering, programming or chemistry)
- Are technically-minded and can learn the ins-and-outs of new products quickly
- Can identify team needs, create assessments, and implement appropriate learning solutions
- Love working with team members to ensure they truly learn -- not just achieve a passing grade
- Set a high standard for others with exceptional written and verbal communication skills exhibiting clarity, concision and quality
Bonus skills:
- Experience with SLA/SLS 3D printing, modeling and/or digital fabrication tools
- Experience providing technical support for hardware products
- Proficiency with TalentLMS, or other LMS platforms
