At Punchbowl, customer service is in our DNA. We believe that every customer interaction is an opportunity to make a lasting impression. We’re looking for a full-time Customer Support Specialist to join our amazing customer support team to provide coverage in the afternoon, evenings, and some weekend hours. This is a hands-on position that will give you the opportunity to be involved in the day-to-day operations of a fast-growing tech company.
Responsibilities:
- Become an expert on the Punchbowl platform and our products
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer service inquiries via email and live chat
- Maintain and contribute to our site’s help center
- Build an ongoing understanding of customer needs and identify trends to help resolve future issues and improve processes
- Contribute ideas for product improvements
- Perform regular quality assurance testing and troubleshoot technical issues prior to product releases
Who you are:
- You are bright, articulate and an excellent communicator
- You enjoy the process of problem-solving and have a superior memory for details
- You have experience dealing with customers and know how to make every customer happy (even if it is sometimes frustrating!)
- You consider yourself web-savvy and love digging into the ins and outs of new tools and platforms (shortcuts are your friend)
- You have a college degree with a good GPA
- You live within a 45-minute drive of Framingham, MA
