Customer Success Specialist, Onboarding at CarGurus

As a Customer Success Specialist in Onboarding, you are a part of the Customer Success Team whose main focus is delivering excellent customer service while also optimizing our Dealer’s experience. Ideal candidates for this position are highly consultative in nature and feed off of building strong relationships with their client base. The Customer Success Specialist must have a strong sense of customer service and the ability to quickly and effectively tackle issues in both a preemptive and reactive manner.
In managing a book of designated business, you will be responsible for the educating and training your account-base on current product offerings, new product offerings, website enhancements, and website refresher trainings. You will be expected to hit clearly designated metrics on each account by ensuring that initial setup is done properly, contact information is up to date, training is completed for the appropriate staff, and the client is knowledgeable on the inner workings of the CarGurus product. This role will play an essential part in establishing and maintaining a relationship with each dealer client, while ensuring engagement with the CarGurus platform.
Who You Are:
- 1-3+ years account management experience
- Outstanding communication and listening ability
- Strong problem-solving capability
- Ability to maintain accuracy and attention to detail in a fast-paced environment
- Strong sense of customer service
- Good organizational skills and demonstrated ability to multi-task and to prioritize tasks on a daily basis
- Ability to work independently and with some direction when needed
- Ability to collaborate and act as liaison with other internal stakeholders
- French and/or Spanish fluent candidates a plus
- Automotive Industry experience a plus
- Salesforce experience a plus
