Payfactors is looking for a Customer Success Manager that can work with our client partners to ensure that they are satisfied with our products, offerings, and overall relationship.

Requirements/Skills:

Three to five years of experience required in customer success, account management or relationship management

Bachelor’s degree required

Compensation domain knowledge a plus, but this is not a technical role

Intrinsic self-starter and problem solver

Strong communication and writing skills

Ability to collaborate with peers, managers, and clients cross-functionally

Ability to grow professionally in a highly flexible and fast-moving environment

Awareness and pride in 100% client satisfaction

Boston area based

Primary Responsibilities:

Initiate proactive customer outreach program

Engage clients and renew expiring agreements

Quarterly travel to meet in person with your clients

Collaborate with compensation and product functions to administer outreach programs (e.g., webinars, client steering committee)

Uncover upsell opportunities within your client base

Ensure client satisfaction and product/service adoption

Set up and track programs in SalesForce
