Customer Success Manager at VMware Carbon Black
• Manage 100+ accounts for renewal and retention.
• Proactive escalation management and account management.
• Customer Health score monitoring.
• Quarterly touchpoints with the customer.
• Partnership with Sales on the account base.
• Partner and Distributor management.
• Develop success plans in GS for Top 10% of accounts.
• Conduct EBR for Top 4 ARR customers per year.
• Supports all Corporate level customers
• Expanded Product Knowledge
• Customer facing and account management skills
