Customer Success Associate
We, at Flywire, are looking for a driven, service-minded individual who is passionate about helping customers succeed. As a Customer Success Associate, you will be a member of a global team and work directly with our users via phone, email, and chat. In this role, you will gain broad experience on all things ‘Flywire’ in the first 12-18 months and be in a position to grow your career in many aspects of the business (e.g. sales, relationship management, solutions consulting, payment operations and product).

- A confident communicator who will excel in conveying solutions and in-depth training via phone, email, and chat to Flywire customers
- A determined problem solver willing to go the extra mile in finding the best solution for the customer
- A relationship builder who is empathetic and able to understand the world in someone else’s shoes
- Technically curious and able to create, configure, and edit customized payment experiences for new and existing customers
- Interested in cultivating a deep knowledge of various software platforms, dashboards, and technical programs
- Globally minded and passionate about collaborating with international FlyMates around the world
Our ideal candidate has:
- BA/BS degree
- A genuine interest in helping others
- 1-2 years of experience preferred
- Bilingual fluency in English plus another language preferred, but not required
- International experience preferred, but not required
- Experience with Salesforce and/or Zendesk is preferred, but not required
