• Provide support and assistance to Markforged customers on their order status
• Check data accuracy on all order shipping and logistics
• Contact partners to obtain missing information on orders
• Serve as a primary liaison with operations team to ensure timely deliveries
• Handle shipping inquiries
• Communicate between sales, partners, customers and finance for order status.

What you have:

• 1+ years experience, minimum, as a Customer Service Representative or similar
• Team player that works collaboratively with others
• Acute attention to detail
• Roll-up your sleeves attitude
• Familiarity with Salesforce a plus
• Experience dealing with 3rd party logistics companies a plus
• Comfortable in a fast-paced environment
• College degree preferred
• We use Apple computers and Google collaboration tools. While experience with these tools is not required, the ideal candidate will be excited to broaden their knowledge and embrace change.
