Customer Excellence Transformation & Change Specialist, Transformation Office

As a Customer Excellence Transformation & Change Specialist in the Transformation Office, you will be working closely with stakeholders across the Customer Excellence organization to drive transformation and change management best practices. You will be a member of a centralized delivery team that brings strategy to life and helps grow the business by supporting projects around people, processes, and technology. This role will partner with cross-functional teams and drive alignment across all levels of leadership. 

The Customer Excellence teams include Customer Success, Customer Support, Customer Outcomes Journey, and Professional Services.

You will report to our Sr. Manager, Customer Excellence Transformation Office, within the Customer Excellence PMO

You Will:

  • Partner with leaders to plan, lead and execute strategic change management in the Customer Excellence Organization
  • Be an advocate of change, and have strong relationship management skills 
  • Work with the Senior Manager, Customer Excellence Transformation Office to facilitate change management forums and trainings across the organization 
  • Identify change risks and escalate them to appropriate responsible parties 
  • Manage the CE Transformation Roadmap and own quarterly and annual Transformation Office planning to reconcile ad-hoc transformation projects
  • Manage updates to the Transformation Office playbook, toolkits, processes, and centralized team project logs
  • Manage the Customer Excellence PMO and Organization Procurement Process
  • Project manage Tier 0 projects
  • Perform other duties as assigned

You Have:

  • 3+ years of experience managing or coordinating small, medium, large projects 
  • 2+ years of experience managing  organizational change projects
  • Experience and knowledge of project management principles and methodologies (Waterfall & Agile)
  • Experience in Change Management methodologies 
  • Ability to influence and build a meaningful relationship 
  • Experience communicating and presenting to a variety of audiences from project team members to executive stakeholders
  • Motivated by an entrepreneurial mindset and comfortable with ambiguity
