AS A MEMBER OF THE CUSTOMER ENGAGEMENT TEAM YOU WILL:

  • Build long-term relationships with distributors at our lead-generation based clients and help to advocate Dispatch’s new technology products.
  • Help the distributors understand the value of Dispatch’s product offerings, and how to communicate that value to their extended network of Service Providers— you teach the teachers so they can go out and train their network of contractors how to leverage Dispatch to improve their business.
  • Become a trusted source of industry best practices and creative product solutions, and help inform and develop that content.
  • Take a proactive approach of offering advice and insights so that territory managers love Dispatch and are empowered to enable the companies within their territory/region.
  • Keep your ear to the ground about new developments and goals at the client level and know how to insert Dispatch’s expertise as needed.
  • Work closely with Dispatch’s product and support teams, so you can catch problems before they happen.
  • Meet regularly with territory managers in order to understand their pain points, and where Dispatch can help them succeed.
  • Have fun building long-lasting relationships and driving adoption of Dispatch’s core software products and services.

SKILLS WE SEEK:

  • 2+ years of experience in a client-facing role within a rapidly growing company.
  • Proven experience teaching non-technical people to use and understand technology or tools.
  • Experience with Excel
  • Willing to travel at least 25%

WITHIN ONE MONTH, YOU’LL:

  • Attend Dispatch's New Hire Orientation
  • Attend Dispatch’s Sales Bootcamp where you will learn go-to-market messaging, key differentiators, and segment-specific value propositions
  • Meet with current members of the Enterprise Sales Executive team individually to understand what’s working, what’s not, and gather learnings to implement into your role
  • Gain a strong understanding of the Service Industry space and the business challenges Dispatch solves; become a product expert on Dispatch Solutions
  • Start developing a sales strategy with your Manager’s support

WITHIN THREE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Have a strong understanding of the business, and begin teaching us a thing or two we don’t know
  • Consider yourself a product expert in Dispatch’s solutions
  • Own your numbers - consistently achieve your goals on activity metrics and conversations within your account list
  • Become a Dispatch product expert

WITHIN SIX MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Continue to own your numbers - consistently achieve your goals on activity metrics and conversations within your account list
  • Attend in-person customer meetings

WITHIN TWELVE MONTHS, YOU’LL:

  • Consistently exceed your new business targets and continue your track record of closing opportunities and exceeding quotas
  • Establish skills for managing external relationships focused on achieving internal company goals.
