iZotope is looking for enthusiastic individuals to join our customer care team. As a customer care agent you will provide friendly engaging support to customers using our software and hardware products.

Responsibilities Include

  • Troubleshooting issues with iZotope Software and hardware via E-mail Phone and Chat
  • Reproduced and escalating customer-reported bugs
  • Communicating as a liaison between our customers and the QA & development team
  • Researching and contributing new articles for our online knowledge base
  • Setting up and working the iZotope booth at trade shows (less than 5% travel)

Requirements of this Role

  • Experience with desktop troubleshooting in both the Mac and Windows operating systems
  • Ability to handle difficult customer situations with empathy and professionalism
  • Experience Troubleshooting on ios and android devices
  • Knowledge of Wifi Networking and troubleshooting
  • Familiarity with troubleshooting issues with hardware products
  • Experience with audio processing in recording, production, sound design, and post production
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously within deadlines
  • Experience working in a technical support environment
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
