About the Role:
We are searching for a hands-on Client Engagement Manager to join our Professional Service team. This person will be responsible for all phases of the client life cycle including implementations, data analysis, workflow design, project management, and relationship management for our health insurance clients. This individual will understand the customer’s business objectives, the technical components of our solutions, and maintain accountability of a successful implementation and use of our health predictive analytics products.
Key Responsibilities:
- Help clients achieve optimal value of our predictive analytics health products by building and maintaining long-term partnerships
- Guide clients through the entire implementation by defining business needs, configuring recommendations, and establishing ROI metrics to ensure each customer receives maximum benefit from our solutions
- Review client dashboards to confirm usability and generate insights on model performance
- Document all project management aspects of client engagements
- Work cross functionally with sales, data science, and engineering on a weekly basis
Qualifications:
- 7+ years' experience working within health underwriting at a health brokerage, insurance, consulting, or corporate benefits company
- Highly organized with a strong ability to establish, meet and, exceed time-dated objectives
- Customer service driven with an ability to build relationships; strong oral and written communication skills
- Experience working with SQL or BI analytics tools (Tableau/ Power BI/ QlikView or others) are a plus
