About the Role:
ThinkingIT Corp is seeking a dynamic and dedicated Operations / Workforce Manager to join our team. This integral role will focus on optimizing our operational processes while also ensuring effective workforce management. The ideal candidate will bring a blend of operational foresight and team coordination to enhance productivity and drive our global strategies forward.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee daily operations, ensuring alignment with strategic goals and efficient resource allocation.
- Coordinate workforce management tasks, including scheduling, capacity planning, and performance tracking.
- Collaborate with department leads to streamline workflows and improve overall operational efficiency.
- Develop and maintain operational dashboards and reports to monitor key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Facilitate effective communication across teams and departments to promote alignment and unity in operations.
- Identify areas for improvement within operational processes and implement best practices to drive efficiencies.
- Support training and development initiatives to elevate team performance and engagement.
- Manage relationships with external partners and vendors relevant to operations and workforce strategies.
Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or a relevant field.
- 4–6 years of experience in operations management and workforce coordination, preferably in a fast-paced or global environment.
- Strong analytical abilities and experience with performance metrics to drive operational outcomes.
- Excellent communication and leadership skills, capable of fostering team spirit and collaboration.
- Proficient in project management tools (like Asana, Trello, or Monday) and productivity software (Google Workspace, Microsoft Office).
- Problem-solving skills, with a proactive approach to challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Familiarity with HR processes and workforce planning principles is a plus.
