The Controls Administrator plays a critical role in the ongoing operational support and maintenance of Building Management System (BMS) and Electrical Power Monitoring System (EPMS) infrastructure. This position is responsible for processing service tickets, supporting user account audits, and assisting with onboarding and vendor credentialing. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, process-driven, and capable of managing multiple systems and responsibilities with minimal oversight.

Responsibilities:

· Manage and respond to BMS/EPMS-related support tickets (approx. 5,000+ annually) in a timely and efficient manner.

· Perform quarterly user account audits and system access reviews (Neo & Delta platforms), in coordination with Senior Facility Managers.

· Support onboarding and offboarding processes by managing Active Directory and Badge Access requests.

· Assist in maintaining audit documentation and compliance across multiple platforms.

· Coordinate with internal teams and vendors to ensure system integrity and user access control.

· Support general administrative tasks related to controls systems as needed.

· Provide high-level visibility and communication on ticket status and resolution timelines.

Qualifications:

· 2+ years of experience in a technical support, IT administration, or building systems role (BMS/EPMS experience preferred).

· Familiarity with enterprise systems such as Workday, Active Directory, and access control platforms.

· Strong attention to detail, with the ability to manage and prioritize multiple tasks.

· Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

· Experience working with third-party vendors and managing service requests a plus.

· Experience in a data center, facilities management, or mission-critical environment preferred.

· Familiarity with Delta, Foreseer, or Neo platforms preferred.

· Technical aptitude and willingness to grow into more advanced controls/system roles over time preferred.
