Diversified Botanics is a high-accountability, execution-driven environment built for people who value ownership, operational discipline, and measurable impact. We move quickly, maintain high standards, and expect teams to operate with urgency, transparency, and respect for the work.

This is a company for people who take pride in precision, communicate directly, adapt quickly, and understand that long-term credibility is built through consistency—not shortcuts.

Note to Recruitment Agencies

Diversified Botanics does not engage external recruiting agencies. All candidates must apply directly.

Role Overview

This is a hands-on, cross-functional operations role for a resourceful problem solver. You’ll work across compliance, procurement, fulfillment, and production, handling whatever the business needs on a given day. One hour you might be completing a state sales tax exemption certificate for a raw material purchase or a vendor credit application. The next you might be moving pallets between facilities. Much of the work can be taught. What can’t be taught is the drive to figure things out.

What You’ll Do

  • Support procurement of raw materials, including vendor paperwork such as sales tax exemption (resale) certificates and credit applications

  • Support compliance-related documentation and requirements

  • Support fulfillment and the physical movement of inventory between locations, including moving pallets

  • Assist with production oversight as needed

  • Take on whatever operational needs come up, and find solutions when processes are unclear

You’ll Thrive Here If You

  • Are a natural problem solver who looks for a way through obstacles

  • Bring options and potential solutions when something goes wrong, not just the problem

  • Learn quickly and are comfortable figuring out unfamiliar tasks on your own

  • Enjoy variety and are equally comfortable with paperwork and physical work

  • Take ownership of tasks from start to finish

You May Struggle Here If You

  • Stop when you hit a roadblock and wait for someone else to solve it

  • Prefer a narrowly defined role with the same tasks every day

  • View hands-on or physical work as outside your job

What You Bring

  • Experience or working knowledge in at least two of the following: compliance, procurement, fulfillment, or production oversight

  • The ability and willingness to learn the areas where you have less experience

  • Strong problem-solving skills and resourcefulness

  • Ability to perform physical tasks such as moving pallets

  • Alignment with our values: integrity, ownership, evidence, accountability, and velocity

Bottom Line

This role is for someone who gets things done across the operation. If you can figure out a state tax form in the morning and move inventory in the afternoon, and you bring solutions instead of stopping at problems, we want to talk to you.
