Manage operations for Binance Wallet's Web3 products: analyze blockchain market and on-chain user data, design and execute growth and community strategies, coordinate cross-functional project delivery, monitor metrics (on-chain volume, DAU, retention, conversion), and produce data-driven reports to drive product iteration and user growth.
The Binance Wallet team is building a decentralized version of Binance, featuring on-chain infrastructure, self-custody wallets, a DEX, and decentralized Earn and more. We empower users with full control over their assets for seamless token trading across any blockchain. Responsibilities
- Analyze industry dynamics and competitive landscape for blockchain products (such as on-chain transactions, DeFi, etc.), formulate and execute operational strategies, and drive product feature implementation and user experience optimization.
- Collect and analyze user behavior and on-chain data to uncover user needs and market opportunities, and drive product iteration and innovation.
- Design and execute growth strategies for user acquisition, activation, retention, and conversion to increase user scale and business metrics.
- Organize multi-channel marketing and community operation activities, and continuously optimize user growth paths and operational effectiveness.
- Monitor and control each stage of the project lifecycle to ensure the team achieves project goals within the project timeline. Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders, such as product, technology, and marketing, to ensure efficient implementation of operational objectives.
- Monitor key product and growth metrics (such as on-chain transaction volume, DAU, retention rate, conversion rate, etc.) and regularly output data analysis reports.
Requirements
- 3-5 years of Web3 experience. Experience in the finance or internet industry.
- In-depth understanding of the logic of on-chain transactions and user behaviors.
- Excellent logical thinking ability, communication skills, proactive attitude, and strong learning ability.
- Responsible, self-motivated, and with strong execution ability.
