In this role, you'll drive streamlined operations within our Professional Services team, ensuring our clients and partners receive outstanding service. What you’ll be doing

Responsibilities include involvement in creating Scope of Work documents with our end-customers and partners, negotiating them, and processing them in the company's systems. Additionally, assisting with the Professional Services Team's Information Systems, from defining new workflows to practically operating them. This role requires using NVIDIA operational systems for information searches and updates. Support of local and global deployment teams and 3rd party contractors will be expected in an efficient and out-of-the-box solution provisioning.

What we need to see

  • Experience working in a technology company.

  • Proven experience in direct customer facing positions.

  • An Operations or Business Management degree (preferred) or equivalent experience.

  • Proven experience (3+ years) in professional services organizations or active involvement in operations activities.

  • Understanding Legal terms and conditions and experience with 3rd-party contractors' negotiation.

  • Ability to drive process improvement initiatives across the Operations organization. We expect you to bring new and creative ways to improve the overall efficiency and speed at which Services are delivered.

  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills (native English speaker)

  • Demonstrates integrity and a strong sense of responsibility.

  • Has outstanding communication skills and attention to detail as well as strong analytical skills that allow for creative methods to achieve results and solve problems

  • MS Office, primarily advanced Excel and Outlook experience

  • Ability to work in early mornings and/or late evenings, located in the Eastern time zone.

Ways to stand out from the crowd

  • Experience in drafting, negotiating, and processing Professional Services SoW Documents.

  • Proficiency in SalesForce.com and other operational information systems

The base salary range is 92,000 USD - 189,750 USD. Your base salary will be determined based on your location, experience, and the pay of employees in similar positions.

You will also be eligible for equity and benefits. NVIDIA accepts applications on an ongoing basis.
