We are seeking a Program Manager to lead cross-functional initiatives within the Strategy team. This role is responsible for overseeing end-to-end project execution, including planning, coordination, risk management, and stakeholder communication. The Program Manager ensures timely delivery of strategic projects, drives alignment across teams, and contributes to the continual improvement of processes and operations.

This position will report to Director of Operations.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and key milestones. 
  • Coordinate data collection, research activities, expert engagement, and survey deployment.
  • Oversee identification and validation of entities or subjects for inclusion in ranking or research projects. 
  • Ensure projects are inclusive in scope and reflect a wide range of perspectives. 
  • Address challenges such as data coverage gaps, partner contention, and demographic focus. 
  • Ensure integration across data, research, and editorial functions. 
  • Maintain regular communication with stakeholders, including status updates and issue escalation.

Main Deliverables:

  • Comprehensive project plans and timelines. 
  • Stakeholder communication materials and updates. 
  • Risk and issue logs. 

Collaboration & Integration:

  • Coordinates the work of the Data Analyst and Researcher. 
  • Ensures alignment between data, research, and editorial outputs. 
  • Facilitates regular team meetings and cross-functional collaboration. 

Required skills:

  • Experience in project management methodologies such as Prince 2 
  • Familiarity with project management tools such as MS Planner 
  • Great communication skills, both written and verbal 

 

Salary range: $80,000 - $85,000 commensurate with experience
