What is your role? 


As an Operations Producer for Eleventh Hour Games, you will play a key role in elevating the player experience and our live platform. We are looking for an enthusiastic and detail-oriented individual who can bring their expertise in live operations and marketing to ensure Last Epoch remains a fantastic experience. The ideal candidate should be comfortable in a fast-paced, rapidly growing environment, and working in a fully remote studio that thrives on team members taking initiative and executing with passion. This role requires excellent communication skills, project management skills, and team management skills as you will be working with a fully remote global team.

Qualifications

  • 3+ years in operations or production roles
  • Professional experience in a studio with full-cycle game release 
  • Thorough understanding of the gaming industry, techniques and trends
  • Professional understanding of marketing and live operations best practices 
    • Plus: understanding steam store, MTX, and community
  • Sharp attention to detail and organizational skills, and ability to work and communicate effectively under pressure
  • Ability to plan ahead, think creatively, identify issues/roadblocks, and develop plans to prevent or minimize their impact on day to day operations
  • Good understanding of what it takes to build, track, and maintain schedules, and to drive projects to completion in a timely manner

Responsibilities:

  • Own day-to-day communication and escalation with creative and operational stakeholders in order to efficiently manage execution of cross team initiatives
  • Own the pipeline, partner with discipline leads to determine time and people necessary to see projects through to completion. Build and maintain project plans, schedules, and roadmaps considering dependencies across multiple development teams to ensure successful releases
  • Provide transparency on project status and risks to ensure they are properly informed of any impacts from upcoming releases
  • Communicate frequently with the rest of the production team and project leads on project status, risks, and opportunities
  • Carry out the design and vision of live operations team and marketing projects while maintaining the experience for players in game
  • Ensure that the community management and player support teams are in close communication with the rest of the production
  • Utilize data-driven decision making and analytics to identify trends and optimize game and marketing performance
  • Understand what makes the game "work" and be able to help identify priorities and risks for the teams
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices in live operations and marketing
