In this role, you will:
- Collect data and prepare related operational reports
- Coordinate projects
- Furnish information to authorized persons
- Perform moderately complex operations duties in support of either a service center or department environment
- Prepare input forms for automated data processing system
- Provide guidance to all levels of employees regarding personnel policies and procedures requiring some policy interpretation
- Require considerable knowledge of company personnel policies and practices
- Utilize the company's internal operations to perform duties
- 100% on-site at stated location
- Relocation assistance is not available for this position
- Shift is subject to change based on business needs and may include additional hours, weekends, or holidays
- 2+ years of operations support experience, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education
- Ability to navigate multiple computer applications, and systems while utilizing research tools effectively
- Ability to prioritize tasks including working under pressure in a dynamically complex fast paced deadline driven environment while achieving high production and quality standards
- Adaptable and flexible in both individual and team settings across all organizational levels
- Creative and proactive problem-solver, independently addressing enterprise needs with innovative solutions
- Excellent collaboration and communication skills, while demonstrating integrity and professionalism in all interactions, across all organizational levels
- Proficient organizational skills with high attention to detail and accuracy including managing multiple priorities in fast-paced, high-demand environments
- Financial services experience
- Cash vault operations including currency processing experience
- Proficient data entry skills including 10-key
- Proficient Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint, and Teams) skills
- Ability to lift, and pull, 50+ pounds
- Ability to stand for extended periods (approximately 6-8 hours per shift)
- Ability to work additional hours as needed
- Ability to work weekends and holidays as needed or scheduled
- Adhere to standards outlined with written policy as well as applicable State and Federal regulations
- This position is not eligible for Visa sponsorship
- Willingness to work 100% on-site at stated location on the job opening
