We are seeking a strategic and results-driven Remote Operations Manager to oversee and optimize daily operations across our plumbing and heating service division. This role ensures seamless coordination between field technicians, dispatch, customer service, and project management teams. The ideal candidate is data-driven, process-oriented, and experienced in service-based industries.
Key Responsibilities
• Oversee day-to-day operational performance and service delivery standards
• Develop and implement KPIs to monitor productivity, revenue, and service quality
• Improve workflow efficiency between dispatch, field teams, and administration
• Lead weekly operations meetings and performance reviews
• Manage budgets, cost controls, and vendor relationships
• Implement systems to improve customer satisfaction and response times
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives and operational scalability
Qualifications
• 5+ years in operations management (service or trade industry preferred)
• Experience managing remote or distributed teams
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, dispatch software, and CRM systems
