The Operations Manager will enhance customer service, manage building operations, create efficiencies, and oversee community operations for The Engine Accelerator.

Position Summary
The Engine Accelerator is looking for a motivated and curious Operations team member to join our Community Operations team on a temporary basis. The role will be full-time for up to 3 months.
The ideal candidate is a self-starter who is comfortable in a fluid work environment, takes ownership of projects and work streams, and is able to synthesize and communicate information clearly and concisely. A background in office or general management and can oversee customer service, community, building operations is preferred.
Key Responsibilities
- Deliver strong customer service to all resident teams and be a resource to quickly resolve inquiries as they arise
- Continually find ways to create efficiencies and best practices for the building systems, team processes, and resident experience Develop SOPs for our operations team, building management and resident communications
- Proactively manage the building operations and systems maintenance
- Ensure Comm Ops is appropriately responsive to The Engine Accelerator team needs
- Leading the bi-weekly detailed rounds of the building with the comm ops team
- Coordinate infrequent audits/checks for the entire comm ops team
- Clean & tidy kitchen and common areas throughout the day; brew coffee; set-up team lunch; replenish snacks; run & empty dishwasher.
- Greet visitors warmly and ensure an efficient hand-off to their host.
- Manage all IT services and relationships with vendors
- Oversee the resident and building database system accurately and manage updates and fixes; check for accuracy monthly through community operations team
- Continually find ways to create efficiencies and best practices for the building systems, team processes, and resident experience Develop SOPs for our operations team, building management and resident communications

- Coworking/Hospitality experience is a bonus
