Job Description

The Operations Leadership Development Program (OLDP) is an outstanding, accelerated opportunity to develop the vital skills for a career as an Operations leader. The program is led by a dedicated Program Manager with oversight by the Operations Leadership Team.

OLDP participants will have the opportunity for multiple assignments over two (2) years that provide strategic direction in different facets of Operations while allowing for exposure to our core processes, technologies, and leaders. Participants will gain proficiency with our diverse functional areas, business units, products / services, and regions. Additional learning opportunities include: formal development sessions; dedicated Executive Mentorship; utilization of our Practical Process Improvement (PPI) methodology; and a network of outstanding LDP alumni across the organization.

Rotations will include the following core rotations in addition to other elective opportunities in Supply Chain, Distribution/Logistics, Procurement, and Quality:

Core Technical

  • Manufacturing Engineering
  • PPI Specialist
  • Process Engineer
  • Value Engineering

Core People Management

  • Distribution Team Lead
  • Production Team Lead
  • Quality Team Lead

Start Date: The OLDP is set to begin July 13, 2026 and individuals are responsible for finalizing housing and transportation prior to program commencement and across each six (6) month rotation across the two (2) year program.

Compensation & Locations: Our OLDP offers a starting salary of $80,000 in addition to the following as part of the total compensation: Annual Incentive Plan, Sign-on Bonus, Relocation Assistance. Geographic flexibility is required both during and upon completion of the program.

How will you get here?

  • Undergraduate student completing a Bachelor's degree between December 2025 and June 2026 in one of the following: Biology, Bioengineering, Biomedical Engineering, Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Industrial Engineering, Logistics, Manufacturing Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Operations, Procurement, Supply Chain, or related field of study.
  • 1+ years of Operations-related experience required (i.e. work experience, internships, special projects, etc.).
  • Strong desire and motivation to develop a career as a future Operations leader and serve in a people manager capacity post-LDP.
  • Consistent track record of teamwork demonstrating integrity, innovation, involvement, and intensity.
  • Energized through championing change, driven in getting results, and savvy in navigating ambiguity.
  • Ability to interact with and influence colleagues and leaders at all levels of a matrixed environment.
  • Excellent interpersonal communication skills with a high degree of emotional intelligence and strong executive presence.
