ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Provide controlling and analysis to support the manufacturing operations of Munters - Americas with heavy concentration on U.S. Factories.
  • Lead the annual planning process for the Operations - Americas group, including providing historical analysis.
  • Maintain Shipments reporting and provide analytical support to Operations teams.
  • Prepare monthly Americas Business Review materials, including consolidated monthly reporting and analysis, review package, BO (3-month business forecast), warranty activity summary.
  • Develop and maintain tracking & reporting mechanism to follow product cost development, including analysis of trends and implementation of standardized costing model within US custom design environment.
  • Prepare monthly P&L and cash flow forecasts, annual forecasts and participate in the strategic planning process.
  • Submit monthly financial reporting, KPI’s, and analysis package to Group Management via proprietary reporting system.
  • Provide oversight and detailed analysis of warranty spend/exposure to each facility, including trend analysis.
  • Proactively improve business processes cross-functionally with the utilization of ERP system and other related systems (Prod Schedule Module, DMS, etc.).
  • Leadership role in assigned business improvement projects involving operations staff and individual contributions.
  • Risk and Working Capital Management, including oversight of inventory analysis, and capital spending.
  • Manage the capital planning and monitoring process, including in process reporting and development of business case documentation for major investments.
  • Lead role for product cost estimation, including transfer cost Management.
  • Provide detailed order closeout reporting and analysis vs target.
  • Prepare payback analysis for proposed capital expenditures and enter into approval system (via proprietary system).
  • Assume key role as ERP “Functional Expert” for Cost and Finance within MUS / Americas organization.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance or Engineering plus one (1) year of experience in product costing using Glovia ERP and Business Objects, for both high volume, standard products and job costing of capital equipment; and one (1) year experience using the AARO reporting and consolidation tool and have a solid understanding of transfer pricing concepts.
  • ALTERNATE REQUIREMENTS: Three (3) years of experience in product costing using Glovia ERP and Business Objects, for both high volume, standard products and job costings of capital equipment; and three (3) years of experience using AARO reporting and consolidation tools with knowledge of transfer pricing concepts.

Offered Wage: $154,274/year
