About Terrestrial Bio, Inc.

Terrestrial is transforming the delivery of next-generation therapies, starting with GLP-1.

Terrestrial's proprietary Tacterra™ microarray patch (MAP) and applicator platform consists of a patch resembling an adhesive bandage, which is applied with a preloaded applicator and removed after a few minutes. Once applied, each patch delivers bioactive tips into the skin, which dissolve quickly into the body, rapidly releasing their therapeutic payload. Designed for self-administration, the temperature-stable Tacterra™ platform enables precise, controlled delivery of a wide range of therapeutics without medical sharps or refrigeration.

Terrestrial has generated strong clinical and in-vivo proof of concept across multiple molecules. For more

Why this role

Our Operations team keeps Terrestrial running so our scientists and engineers can stay focused on getting the Tacterra™ platform to patients. As an Operations Associate/Senior Operations Associate, you’ll own the office and administrative backbone of the company: visitors, deliveries, supplies, vendors, records, events, and getting new teammates set up. We’re open to hiring at the Associate or Senior Associate level depending on experience, and there’s clear room to grow on our Operations team. You’ll report to the Operations Manager.

What you’ll do

● Be the first point of contact at our site: welcome visitors and candidates, manage mail, shipping and receiving, and field everyday facilities questions.

● Order, stock, and track office, kitchen, and general supplies, keeping an eye on inventory and spend.

● Coordinate with vendors such as catering, building management, and maintenance, and follow up until issues are resolved.

● Plan and run all-hands meetings, team lunches, and celebrations that keep a growing team connected.

● Get new hires ready for day one (workspace, building access, equipment, and a warm welcome) and handle offboarding logistics.

● Handle core administrative work: process invoices and expenses, track purchase orders, manage shared calendars, and keep files and records organized and current.

● Help with the move into our new Allston facility, from logistics to making sure everyday systems work from the start.

● As you grow, take on larger operations projects, such as evaluating vendors, improving how we track spend, or planning how we use our space.

How you’ll impact

● Within your first few months, you’ll own the day-to-day office experience and be the person colleagues know to come to.

● You’ll build and document simple, repeatable processes for supplies, vendors, visitors, and onboarding that hold up as we grow.

● You’ll help make our new Allston facility feel like home, shaping how the space is set up and used.

● You’ll work with every team, from R&D to leadership, and build the skills and track record to take on bigger operations projects and grow along our Operations career path.

Who you are

● At least 2 year of experience in an office, administrative, operations, hospitality, or customer service role (internships and co-ops count). Candidates with 3+ years, including ownership of vendors, purchasing, or office operations, may be considered at the Senior Associate level.

● Proficiency with Google Workspace or Microsoft 365, including email, shared calendars, docs, and spreadsheets.

● Comfortable being hands-on: receiving deliveries, restocking supplies, setting up rooms, and lifting packages up to 25 lbs.

● You stay organized while juggling many small requests at once, and you follow through until each one is closed.

● You write clear, friendly emails and messages, and you’re just as comfortable talking with a vendor as with a senior leader.

● You notice what’s missing or broken before others do, and you take initiative to fix it.

● Experience with purchasing, expense, or invoicing tools, or with planning events, is a plus.

● Experience in a startup, lab, or biotech environment is a plus, as is a bachelor’s degree.

Compensation: The anticipated base salary range for this position is $60,000 – $85,000. Actual compensation will be determined based on a variety of factors including experience, qualifications, and internal equity.

Onsite expectations: The majority of our roles at Terrestrial are either onsite or hybrid, which allows us to meet both business and team needs. Candidates applying must be willing to be onsite 5 days per week.

Location: Woburn, MA until relocation to a new, custom facility in Allston MA planned for late 2027.

At Terrestrial, we’re bringing together exceptional talent to drive our product development forward. We value collaboration, curiosity, and a dynamic work environment. We aim to recruit, employ, train, compensate and promote regardless of race, religion, color, national origin, sex, gender identity or expression, sexual orientation, disability, age, or veteran status.
