About the role
We are looking for an Operations Administrative Analyst to support Operations in administrative and operational activities that ensure efficient crew scheduling and compliance with civil aviation requirements. This is a strategic position that demands strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and constant interaction with different departments within the company.
Key Responsibilities
- Support the Coordinator/Director in administrative and operational processes;
- Prepare and manage crew rosters (quarterly, weekly, and daily), considering training schedules, vacations, qualifications, and current aviation regulations;
- Assist in audits, reports, and procedural updates in compliance with client and Brazilian Civil Aviation Authority (ANAC) requirements;
- Contribute to regulatory compliance and maintain updated manuals and internal policies;
- Monitor and analyze operational performance reports and indicators, ensuring adherence to quality and safety standards;
- Support the Dangerous Goods transportation program and administrative processes of the OCC;
- Collaborate closely with Flight Crews, Flight Dispatchers, HR, and Training teams.
