Operations Analyst 50 (Cambridge, MA)
Provides operational and administrative support across service processes, including issue resolution, reporting, and data maintenance to support team performance.
Your role:
Supports the Department Manager and team members in various routine to moderately complex tasks and projects by providing administrative assistance as needed and by staying knowledgeable of corporate policies to achieve departmental goals, working with limited supervision and autonomy.
Support daily operations by resolving RMA service issues and escalations
Prepare and deliver reports on service performance, operational issues, and resolutions to help stakeholders make informed decisions and drive improvements.
Supports the data maintenance process by ensuring all changes to Installed Base records are accurately documented and implemented in a timely manner.
Tracks new order installation timelines to ensure smooth transitions from sales to installation within expected lead times, optimizing operational efficiency.
Collects and handles information pertinent to the revenue forecast process, collaborating with various stakeholders to gather input and insights for short-term forecasting.
You're the right fit if:
You’ve acquired a Bachelor’s degree in Operations Management, Service Management, Business Administration, or a related field (or 4+ years of experience with vocational education) in operations coordination, customer service operations, business process analysis, or a similar role.
Your skills include data analysis and interpretation, root cause analysis, troubleshooting, and advanced Microsoft Excel techniques. Bonus skills: operational excellence methodologies, process improvement tools, and training delivery.
You are proficient in Power BI, Salesforce, and SAP.
You are experienced with Microsoft Office and documentation/reporting, and can transform analysis into actionable operational improvements.
You’re a detail-oriented problem solver and collaborative team player who can manage complex issues, communicate insights clearly, and support continuous improvement initiatives across service operations.

We believe that we are better together than apart. For our office-based teams, this means working in-person at least 3 days per week. Onsite roles require full-time presence in the company’s facilities. Field roles are most effectively done outside of the company’s main facilities, generally at the customers’ or suppliers’ locations.

Philips Transparency Details
The pay range for this position in (MA) is $89,880 to $143,808.
The actual base pay offered may vary within the posted ranges depending on multiple factors including job-related knowledge/skills, experience, business needs, geographical location, and internal equity.
In addition, other compensation, such as an annual incentive bonus, sales commission or long-term incentives may be offered. At Philips, it is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top end of the range for their role and compensation decisions are dependent upon the facts and circumstances of each case.
