What Will Your Job Look Like?
The Operations Analyst will be responsible for working closely with internal stakeholders to gather requirements, develop reports and translate complex results into simple conclusions that will empower business leaders to take action. The Operations Analyst should be able to deliver excellent customer service through the timely and accurate delivery of reports and coordinating with other departments to resolve inquiries, keeping in mind data governance and compliance guidelines.
This will be a work from home position. Must reside in the Central or Eastern time zones.
What You’ll Do:
Design, develop, and maintain appropriate mechanisms for data tracking and performance management such as Power BI reports
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand their reporting needs and requirements
Ensure stakeholders have the needed data to increase revenue for business line
Perform comprehensive research by creating, modifying, and running queries via SQL Server
Identify and interpret meaningful insights, patterns, and trends from complex data
Identify opportunities for process improvement and optimization in report creation and delivery
Communicate effectively with stakeholders to relay project status updates and address any issues or concerns
Review and validate reports to ensure they meet stakeholder expectations and quality standards
Provide ongoing support and guidance to internal stakeholders after the report creation process
Lead problem-solving sessions to develop analytical solutions and find simplified approaches to business complexities

What You’ll need:
Experience, Education, & Certification:
- High School Diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
- 4-5+ years of experience in a data reporting or similar role
- 3-5 years of SQL experience
- Experience in giving presentations and reporting data across all levels of an organization
- Experience with Excel and Power BI
Skills:
- Advanced knowledge of Excel, Power BI and SQL Server
- Strong database querying and reporting competency
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to translate complex data into actionable insights
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively interact with stakeholders at all levels
- Detail-oriented with a focus on accuracy and quality
- Ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously
- Willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements

Bachelor's Degree (in Computer Science or Data Analytics is preferred but not required)

Salary Range:
Salary Min: $65,000
Salary Max: $80,000
