Operations Analyst Product Marketing

Location: Remote, Pacific and Mountain time zones preferred. Hybrid or in-office in Palo Alto, CA also available.

The operations analyst, product marketing sits at the intersection of data and go-to-market strategy, giving the PMM team the analytical foundation it needs to make better decisions about where to invest and what to improve. This role is the connective tissue between program execution and performance visibility — building and maintaining the reporting infrastructure that tracks content adoption, pipeline influence, seller engagement, and play utilization across Intapp's GTM motion.

Day to day, you'll work with sales, pipeline, and field adoption data to surface insights that keep the PMM team aligned and accountable. You'll support structured weekly and quarterly reporting cadences, build dashboards in Tableau, and serve as a core analytical partner to the sales play program owner — tracking what's working, flagging what isn't, and making sure leadership has clear, actionable data to act on.

What you will do

As an operations analyst, product marketing, you can expect to:

  • Build and maintain dashboards that track the KPIs that matter — content output velocity, field adoption rates, pipeline influence, seller readiness scores, and asset utilization — and keep them current and accurate for stakeholders

  • Run weekly performance reporting across the PMM function, flag anomalies and blockers early, and prepare stakeholder updates that surface clear signal without overwhelming people with data

  • Own measurement and reporting for Intapp's sales play portfolio, tracking play utilization, seller engagement, pipeline influence, and win-rate differentials between reps who use plays and those who don't

  • Conduct ad hoc analysis when the numbers raise questions — digging into trends to understand what's driving them and what the team should do next

  • Synthesize field input, call intelligence data, and deal outcomes into clear summaries that inform the feedback loop between field experience and program development

What you will need

Intapp is looking for intellectually curious, self-motivated professionals who like to get hands-on to contribute to the overall success of the business and their team. To apply for this operations analyst role, you will ideally have:

  • 2–3 years of experience in sales operations, analytics, business operations, or GTM strategy in a B2B SaaS environment

  • Strong hands-on data analysis skills, including tracking engagement and pipeline data, building reports and dashboards, and making evidence-based recommendations

  • Proficiency in Excel for data analysis; SQL experience a plus

  • Experience with data visualization and business intelligence platforms; Tableau experience preferred

  • Clear, direct communication — you write well and know how to make a complex finding land simply for a non-technical audience

  • High attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple reporting workstreams simultaneously

What you will gain

At Intapp, you'll get the opportunity to bring your talents and intellectual curiosity to create better outcomes for our people and our clients. You'll be part of a growing public company, with a modern work environment that's connected yet flexible and where your professional growth and well-being are top priorities.
