Your Responsibilities
- Provide structure and organization for the largest trading teams, enabling Trading Leads to focus on trading activities.
- Act as a trusted advisor to the Trading Leads and a key stakeholder to other business functions to collectively represent the trading organization.
- Ensure effective day-to-day operations and serve as the primary point of contact for cross-functional teams, including Finance, HR, Midoffice, Recruitment, and other key departments.
- Demonstrate expertise in financial planning, budgeting, and tactical decision-making in line with strategic objectives.
- Manage team setup and on-desk planning: desk allocation, tech requirements, holiday calendar.
- Facilitate strong executive team relationships.
- Prepare briefings, reports, trading updates, and presentations.
- Identify process improvements to enhance efficiency.
- Help foster a productive and collaborative culture.
Your Skills and Experience
- 3+ years of experience in roles such as management consultant, project management officer, or executive support.
- Bachelor's degree; Master's degree or MBA preferred.
- Experience in cross-functional project management and executive-level coordination.
- Proven track record of coordinating multiple complex initiatives.
- Familiarity with financial markets and trading systems is a strong plus.
- Excellent stakeholder management skills and a strong team player.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
- Exceptional organizational skills, time management, and problem-solving abilities.
- Proficiency in tools like Excel, PowerPoint, JIRA, etc.
